Crocus Trip is an alternative project for a slow-paced tourism that gives the visitor the possibility of a more human and authentic experience. Slowness, promotion of sociality, enhancement and respect for the territory are the components of the proposed activities.

Scope of application of the conditions

The use of the site implies the acceptance of the Conditions by the user. If the user does not intend to accept the Conditions and/or any other note, legal notice, information published, he/she will not be able to use the website and/or purchase the services offered here.

The Conditions may be modified at any time and will be in force from the time of publication on the site.

Before using the site and proceeding to purchase the services offered, the user must carefully read the Conditions and save them for future reference.

The owner reserves the right to change, at its discretion and at any time, the graphics of the site, content and organizational model.

How to register and data required for booking

In order to use the services and make a reservation for the tours offered, registration to the site is not required; in fact, to proceed with the reservation, only the buyer's data necessary for the management of the reservation itself are requested, both from the operational and fiscal point of view. Name, surname, date and place of birth, home address, email address (to receive the voucher), telephone number, tax code (only for Italian citizens).

Methods of payment

The reservation will be confirmed only after payment has been made, against contextual release of reservation voucher, invoice and purchase contract, as required by law. Payment can be made through the online booking system or by contacting us directly by phone or email. In any case, payment must be made before the date of the tour and by paypal, credit or debit card, bank transfer, etc.. In no case will cash and/or card payments be accepted at the departure of the tour.

Services offered and contract of sale

The types of services offered are of two types: experiences and/or tours of half or full day and packages of one or more days. As required by national and regional legislation, the consumer, in the purchase of a tourist package, finds the protection of the Tourism Code; at the time of purchase will therefore be drawn up the tourist package contract. With regard instead to individual services, such as excursions and / or tours not identifiable as tourist packages, will be drawn up a single tourist service contract.

Cancellation and refund policy

  from the date of the activity, no refund is due.

  If the customer requests the cancellation of the tour within 96 hours, a full refund of the price of the service will be granted.

In the event of cancellation due to bad weather on our part, you will be contacted by our customer care to reschedule the activity or to request a voucher, to be used within 12 months, of equal amount to that paid by the customer, minus any cost of admission to museums, sites, exhibitions, etc..

The price includes

In each tour description is specified what is included in the purchase price. Generally, the price includes: radio with sanitized earphones, authorized guide (tourist and/or environmental according to the type of service provided), any entrance fees provided by the service in question; any tasting of food and/or drinks provided by the service in question; any tickets for transportation.

The complete list of what is included is also indicated on the booking voucher.

The price does not include

Anything not specifically mentioned in "the fee includes". Tips, extras and additional services not detailed in the tour description and in the booking voucher.

Movements and meeting point for the departure of the tour

Crocus trip wants to encourage a sustainable type of tourism, preferring the use of public transport to reach the place where the tour starts. The journey by train or bus is also part of the service offered; it is the first moment of socialization and sharing between the people who will make up the group.

Necessary equipment

Each tour description sheet specifies what you need to bring with you to fully enjoy the service offered. Generally you need: shoes and comfortable clothing, raincoat in case of rain, water, packed lunch, charged cell phone. The complete list of what is necessary is also indicated in the booking voucher.

Tour and/or group experience

Our services are aimed at people who want to discover the pearls of Florence and Tuscany in the most complete sharing and socialization. These are not face-to-face guided tours, but tours in which there is a jovial atmosphere and in which all the participants feel comfortable to interact.

Food

Where not specifically provided in the tour descriptions, food must be brought from home. To maintain the spirit of sharing and socializing, each of the participants may bring food or drinks to share. Crocus Trip does not assume responsibility for serving food and/or beverages where not expressly stated.

Limitation of liability

The owner cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment used for the purchase of services on the site.

Archiving of purchase contracts

The contracts, as well as all fiscal and operational documents, will be stored in digital form for a period not exceeding 10 years.

Applicable law and competent court

The Conditions are subject to Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the performance of services offered and sold through the site is the place of jurisdiction where the owner is based.
